TOAZ ELECTS PETR ORDZHONIKIDZE AS THE BOARD CHAIRMAN

The Board of Directors of Togliattiazot (TOAZ PJSC) elected Petr Ordzhonikidze as the Chairman of the Board at a meeting held on April 29, 2019

The Board of Directors has also elected the heads of the committees for investments, strategy, audit, personnel and rewards.

Nikolay Neplyuev was elected to the Committee for Investments as a Chairman

Alexander Makarov was elected to the Committee for Strategy as a Chairman.

Christopher Baker was elected to the Committee for Audit as a Chairman

Petr Ordzhonikidze was elected to the Committee for Personnel and rewards as a Chairman.

The Board of Directors was elected at the TOAZ PJSC Annual General Meeting on April 27, 2019. Alexander Makarov, Nikolay Neplyuev, Petr Ordzhonikidze, Vyacheslav Suslov and Christopher Baker became the members of the Board of Directors.
