ON THE CONDITIONS OF RESUMING TRANSIT OF AMMONIA VIA THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE
As previously reported, on February 3, 2017 ToAZ resumed transit of ammonia via the territory of Ukraine.
As speculations arise ToAZ considers it necessary to state the following: the transit resumed on the conditions stated in the contract in force between ToAZ and Ukrkhimtransammiak, Ukrainian State Company. The parties are now negotiating the terms of the settlement of the financial dispute over the surcharge on the tariff paid by ToAZ, which was cancelled by the Ukraine's Higher Administrative Court, as well as compensation for the losses ToAZ suffered as a result of the halt of the ammonia transit via the territory of Ukraine from December 2016 to January 2017.
The details of the agreements reached will be announced in due course.
TOAZ completed the second stage of ammonia unit 2 overhaul project.
The Samara Regional Court supported the sentence passed by the Krasnoglinsky District Court in Samara on convicting E. Sedykin.
ToAZ has completed overhaul repair of ammonia unit No. 5 and brought it to design capacity.
