VYACHESLAV SUSLOV IS APPOINTED AS NEW GENERAL DIRECTOR OF CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY “CORPORATION “TOGLIATTIAZOT”

On January 13, 2015 the Board of Directors of CJSC “Corporation “Togliattiazot”, exercising the functions of a single executive body of JSC “Togliattiazot”, has adopted a decision to appoint Vyacheslav Valeryevich Suslov as General Director of CJSC “Corporation “Togliattiazot”. “Vyacheslav Suslov is a professional who has achieved the meaningful results in implementation of the company modern management system. I am sure he is in power to propel JSC “Togliattiazot” to the next level of development and to successfully complete tasks which are posed for the company.” - as Sergei Makhlai, Chief of the Board, noted.

Evgeniy Korolev, holding the position of General Director of CJSC “Corporation “Togliattiazot” since May 2011, will become Advisor to General Director on Strategic Development. “The company appreciates the significant advance achieved by Evgeniy Korolev in implementation of the updated strategy of JSC “Togliattiazot”. Under his guidance JSC “Togliattiazot” has accomplished the important stages of the production modernization, the newest technologies and management solutions implementation. The company has been keeping its position among the world chemical production leaders thanks largely to his efficient work. There is no doubt that in the new capacity his skills will be useful for the company.” – as Chief of the Board commented on Evgeniy Korolev’s new appointment.

Vyacheslav Suslov was born in 1963 in Sverdlovsk Region. In 1990 he graduated Kuibyshev Aeronautical Institute. In 2000 he started employment with JSC “Togliattiazot” in the capacity of Automation Department Manager. In November 2008 he was appointed as Manager of Telecommunications, Technical Security Equipment and Automatic Fire-Alarm Systems Department of CJSC “Corporation “Togliattiazot”. In March 2011 he was elected as a member of the Board of Directors at the general shareholders meeting. In September 2013 he was appointed as Deputy General Director of CJSC “Corporations “Togliattiazot” for Information Technologies.
