TOAZ Elects Petr Ordzhonikidze as the Board Chairman
Togliatti, 29June 2020 – The Board of Directors of Togliattiazot (PJSC TOAZ) elected Petr Ordzhonikidze as the Chairman of the Board at a meeting held on June 28, 2020.
The Board of Directors has also elected the heads of the committees for investments, strategy, audit, personnel and rewards.
Nikolay Neplyuev was elected to the Committee for Investments as a Chairman
Alexander Makarov was elected to the Committee for Strategy as a Chairman.
Christopher Baker was elected to the Committee for Audit as a Chairman
Petr Ordzhonikidze was elected to the Committee for Personnel and rewards as a Chairman.
The Board of Directors was elected at the PJSC TOAZ Annual General Meeting on June 27, 2020. Christopher Baker, Alexander Makarov, Dmitry Mezheedov, Nikolay Neplyuev and Petr Ordzhonikidze became the members of the Board of Directors.
PJSC TOAZ continues implementing its key investment project – construction of the third urea production unit with a capacity of 2,200 tonnes per day.
