ANDREY SHAMIN, MINISTER OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY OF THE SAMARA REGION, VISITED PJSC TOAZ.

Within the framework of his working trip to Togliatti, the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Samara Region, Andrey Shamin, visited PJSC TOAZ.

A meeting with the management of the company was held. A. Shamin also visited the production site TOAZ - DIOXIDE and the modernized ammonia loading rack of PJSC TOAZ. In addition, the Minister was personally acquainted with the construction progress of Urea Plant No.3.

In 2018, TOAZ started construction of Urea Plant No.3 with capacity of 2,200 MTD. The project involves the construction of a unit that is more economical and efficient than its existing counterparts. The unit is designed with the latest technologies in industrial and environmental safety in mind. Commissioning of the new unit will allow TOAZ to increase the share of ammonia processed into a product with higher added value, as well as to open new jobs and increase contributions to budgets of all levels. The unit is expected to be put into operation in 2022.
