Results of Togliattiazot EGM

Togliatti, 27 September 2021 – Public Joint Stock Company Togliattiazot (PJSC TOAZ, the Company), one of the Russia’s leading producers of ammonia and urea, held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) on September 25th, 2021. The meeting was held in absentia. The meeting was attended by shareholders and their representatives holding more than 80% of the voting shares of the Company. The meeting was duly constituted.

On the agenda’s first item (‘Early termination of powers of the current Board of Directors of PJSC TOAZ’) the EGM took no decision. Due to that fact, the results of voting on the agenda’s second item (‘Election of the members of the Board of Directors of the Company’) were not counted.
