ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF TOGLIATTIAZOT SHAREHOLDERS ADJOURNED DUE TO ABSENCE OF QUORUM
The annual general meeting (AGM) of OJSC Togliattiazot shareholders has been adjourned due to absence of a quorum.
The new date of the AGM will be set by the Board of Directors of the company in accordance with the Federal Law on Joint Stock Companies dated December 26, 1995 (#208-FZ).
