TOGLIATTIAZOT JSC CHANGES THE NAME TO TOGLIATTIAZOT PJSC
In order to fulfil the requirements of the Russian Federation Civil Code , Federal Law on Joint Stock Companies, as of May 23, 2017 Joint Stock Company Togliattiazot (Togliattiazot JSC) was renamed Public Joint Stock Company Togliattiazot (Togliattiazot PJSC) pursuant to the decision of the Company’s general meeting of shareholders held on April 29, 2017.
