According to information of company press-centre, Vladimir Makhlay, President of the company, has been newly re-elected as Chairman of “Togliattiazot” (ToAZ) Board of Directors. Such decision has been taken at the first meeting of new staff of “Togliattiazot” Board of Directors which was appointed at annual meeting of company shareholders held on 21.03.2009.

NO CLAIMS IN RELATION TO PRIVATIZATION OF 6.1% OF THE JSC “TOGLIATTIAZOT” SHARES

INTERFAX.RU. Moscow. 18.09.09 – Arbitration Court of  Saratov region made the decision to deny the action of  Federal Agency of State Property Manafement of Russian Federation  for invalidation of the sale – purchase transaction of 6.1% of the JSC “Togliattiazot” shares.

The decision of the Arbitration Court of Saratov region means that there are no claims to the privatization of 6.1% of the JSC “Togliattiazot” shares.

Privatization of this holding of stock took place in 1996. The state has been disputing its validity since 2004. The case more than once passed all degrees of jurisdiction, including the Superior Arbitration Court of Russian Federation.
