This Joint Stock Company became part of the Corporation in 1996.

This is the only multi-industry enterprise in Russia aimed at manufacturing spare parts for imported multi-tone equipment used for production of mineral fertilizers, as well as spare parts for facilities of petrochemical, oil refinery and energy industries. The enterprise makes unique products, which are not available in mass production.

Available production capacities of the enterprise allow for building equipment up to 50 tones in weight, up to 3,800 millimeters in diameter, with pressure up to 320 kg per sq. cm.
