TogliattiAzot Corporation represents nowadays one of the economically strong and socially attractive dynamically developing companies of domestic industry. The name of TogliattiAzot is associated with high quality and reliability.  This is due to important services by ToAZ working team, who has created and realized the formula of "ToAZ corporate style" as a basis for every activity of the company.

Veterans of the company can be called its real treasury, those people who came to the production sites at the very first days of their construction and putting into operation, have become real writers and participants of many years’ chronicles of this giant of chemical industry. Continuity of generations is kept thanks to these people – about 400 family dynasties are successfully working at the factory.

Production units

The Corporation comprises the following major enterprises:  TogliattiAzot,  VolgaCemMach and  Azotremmach. Construction of deep-sea port on Cape Iron Horn, Krasnodar Territory, is another significant investment project.

Total headcount of the Corporation is approximately 14 thousand people.

Main field of activities is production of mineral fertilizers: ammonia, carbamide, methanol and carbamide-formaldehyde concentrate (CFC). Over 4 thousand employees are working at the main production site. TogliattiAzot is the only company in the world capable to produce annually more than 3 million tones of ammonia. The factory exports its products to more than 120 countries all over the world. Export share amounts to 85 % of the total production output.

Volga Cement Machinery Plant joined the Corporation in 1994. Being one of the leaders of regional cement industry, the plant produces highly profitable heat-resistant furnaces, cellular concrete and lines for its production, railway tank-cars and spare parts for energy and petrochemical industries.

This Joint Stock Company became part of the Corporation in 1996. This is the only multi-industry enterprise in Russia aimed at manufacturing spare parts for imported multi-tone equipment used for production of mineral fertilizers, as well as spare parts for facilities of petrochemical, oil refinery and energy industries. The enterprise makes unique products, which are not available in mass production.

TogliattiAzot is currently building its major construction project – deep-sea port in Krasnodar Territory on Cape Iron Horn for transshipment of ammonia and other important economic cargo: food grain, nitrogen-phosphor, potassium-based and other chemical fertilizers. Port construction is performed on high quality level in terms of operational safety and ecologic requirements.
