Companies of TogliattiAzot Corporation are deservedly considered socially safe due to specific attention paid to social security of their employees.

Substantial list of privileges intended to protect the most vulnerable strata of the employees are provided in the frames of collective labor contract. In fact, families raising handicapped children enjoy additional payments; material support is provided to veterans of war and retired people, young employees enjoy allowances for marriage and birth of children. The collective labor contract includes a clause stating that a pregnant woman can have her maternity leave one month earlier than provided by law, this additional time being paid for, like three consequent years away from work for infant care.

Non-governmental Pension Fund "Titanium", being a part of the Corporation, pays monthly allowances to non-working retirees during the period of three years after their retirement.

TogliattiAzot is consistently renewing its housing funds and offers new flats to its employees at preferential prices. The Corporation also takes care of the employees’ health. There is a policlinic at the plant site for preventive healthcare measures. Around one thousand ToAZ employees spend their vacations in Nadezhda Sanatorium every year to improve their health and recreate themselves, staying there for them and their families being at a very preferential price (10% of the cost).

TogliattiAzot Corporation substantially contributes to filling of the budgets of those regions where its enterprises are located and invests substantial funds into development of social infrastructure. Apart from the cash allocations, the Corporation implements full-scale construction activities actually in every field: the projects are Nadezhda Healthcare Sanatorium, large cultural & recreational centre, modern hotel facilities, children’s day-care centre and dwelling buildings. A five-star hotel, children playground with aquapark and social recreational centre are currently being constructed in Komsomolsky District of Togliatti city.

Construction of ammonia transshipment terminal in Iron Corn Bay, Krasnodar Territory, is the project of great importance for the Corporation. ToAZ management is planning to complete the first stage of the port construction this year, which will allow for creating new jobs and attracting new money flows to the economy of the Territory and to the regional budget.

The company provides sponsorship assistance to schools, orphan asylums and parental houses. It’s funding organization of cultural and sports events, municipal celebrations and educational tours; it bounties school pupils for their outstanding performance.

The corporation is a sponsor of restoration of temples in Samara and Penza Regions. It provides financial support to social establishments located in Krasnodar Territory, they are: Taman Hospital, secondary school in Volna settlement, Regional Foundation "Justice".
