SERGEY MAKHLAY

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF JSC TOGLIATTIAZOT

 

Born in 1969 in Gubakha, Perm Region. In 1987-1989, he did military service, then worked for several years in middle management positions in construction companies (Togliatti).

In 1993 he received a bachelor's degree in the Togliatti State University specializing in Machinery and Equipment for chemical industry, construction of companies and patenting.

In 1994 he moved to the U.S., where since 1996 he has been the General Manager of a company, which specializes in selling equipment for the chemical industry and real estate.

In 2003 he received a master's degree in Business Administration in the University of the North Carolina (USA).

Since 2004, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of JSCB Togliattikhimbank (Togliatti) and since 2005 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of JSCB RTS (Togliatti).

In March 2011 he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Togliattiazot.

He is married and has two daughters.

 

 

 

EVGENY KOROLEV

GENERAL DIRECTOR OF CJSC CORPORATION TOGLIATTIAZOT

Born in 1962 in Kuibyshev (now - Samara).

In 1990 he graduated from the Samara Planning Intitute specilizing in Labour Economics, then he worked in the design organizations and government agencies.

In 1994 he moved to CJSC Corporation Togliattiazot, where he is working on now. Until 2004 he worked in different managerial positions in the corporation structure.

From 2004 to 2009 he worked as General Director of JSC Volgotsemmash.

From December 2009 to May 2011 he served as Executive Director of JSC Togliattiazot.

In May 2011 he was appointed General Director of CJSC Corporation Togliattiazot.

He is married and has two daughters.
